Secondly, our brass is lead-free. Lead is normally used to enhance the strength of the material, but we have succeeded in making these handles without lead but still without compromising its durability and strength.

Thirdly, the metal is a living material in the sense that it changes colour over time to the much sought-after natural patinated colour. This colour change happens when the metal is exposed to water, oxygen and carbon dioxide – so basically when being used in our daily lives. You can always choose to polish it to maintain the high gloss brass colour.
